Program Summary

The Medical License Bridging Program for International Medical Doctors provides training in medical communication, healthcare culture, familiarity with Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and exposure to Canadian medical practice through Observership. This focused training broadens knowledge of Canadian medical practice and improves the success rate of International Medical Doctors (IMD) as they pursue the medical exams and residency. Cohort 13 of the Medical License Bridging Program, to be delivered (in Ottawa only) from October 31 to November 29, 2011, is now FULL. Applicants who were not contacted for this cohort will automatically be moved to the next cohort for consideration (Cohort 14 - February 2012). See the attached Program Schedule for specific dates..

Registration for Cohort 14 of the Medical License Bridging Program is in progress. Register now . Review of applications and selection of participants will take place during December of 2011. We will be in touch with the applicants considered.
