Eligibility Criteria

IMD enter the Bridging Program through customized streams which recognize their individual readiness to successfully complete the program activities. Program entrance eligibility criteria include:

• Medical Doctor degree (FAIMER recognised)
• Landed immigrant, permanent resident or Canadian citizen
• Pass grade in MCCEE
• Preferred consideration may be given to candidates who have:
  • Passed MCCQE Part 1 or MCCQE Part 2 and/or
  • Passed CEPHEA CE1
  • Postgraduate medical training
• TOEFL CBT score of 250 plus TSE score of 50 or
• TOEFL IBT score of 100
